Today the CBI has signed the final documents for the announcement of the RI. Please take this to our Father in prayer. It was in M’s control ………then once he signed it he passed it to S. To budget ……….or not to budget………..that is the question. IMO………we are seeing it answered right before our eyes. Everything from the prevention of today’s coup………to a 7 trillion IQD loan from the IMF says to me that these ingredients have been needed in order to pass the 2010 budget. Almost every day we are on high alert for the announcement. When I started I called it a revaluation . Then I went to a reinstatement because CH7 read that when conditions were right in Iraq their currency value would be reinstated……..hence an RI. But that is if the rate comes out at 322 or close to it with an interest factor growth added to it. Let’s say no higher than 330. But ………intel has increased this number. If that is the case……..then this is not an RI but and RV. Time and God will tell…

Intermittently, we would get reports saying that tests were being run within the banking systems of Iraq to get ready for the RV. Well check this out !!

One thing that I want to point out is that only 95% of the testing was done as of September 09 ( date this report was released ) so we are just waiting for the last 5% to be done and they will recieve the full 100% in the right column.

The contractor for inter-banking network will conduct 6 months of operations and management. "
If my math is correct 6 months from Sept. 09 Lands us in Feb 2010...a montht before elections ( Talk about good timing ). But, as we all know....This is Iraq and they move when they are ready. At least we can all read it from an official document.

DEALING WITH THE WAIT FOR A DINAR REVALUATION
It’s January 2010 and still no announcement of a dinar revaluation. Some are saying any day between January 12-21 could be the day, but it could also be another let down. If you’ve been following this investment for even just a few months, and you don’t have the right mindset in place, you have probably been disappointed several times.
Many people when they first invest in dinar, quickly become frustrated. They think that soon after they invest, it will revalue and they will be rich. Others who have held dinar for several years can still become frustrated and impatient if they are not careful.
With so many rumors going around, it is easy to get caught up in hype, thinking that all your financial troubles will soon be over. They may very well be, but when?
Perhaps you are in a good place financially but are eager to retire and live a life of ease. Unfortunately the wait can be difficult no matter what your situation. If you are not properly grounded in your thinking about this investment, your disappointment can turn to anger and possibly regret at having made some less than wise decisions based upon the hope of a quick return on investment.
Many quit their jobs, neglect paying bills, make monetary promises etc., so sure that the dinar revaluation is about to happen. I am not saying that it is not going to happen, I believe it will be soon, but you have to be a wise investor of dinar, as with anything else you may invest in.
So what is the right mindset to have in place as you follow this investment? Below is a list of a few things that I believe will help you deal with waiting for the dinar revaluation.
1. Don’t factor this future income into your current financial situation.
You have no doubt heard the phrase, “don’t count your chickens before they hatch”.
While this proves to be a huge financial blessing to many, it hasn’t happened yet and no matter how close it seems, remember the dinar you hold currently has little value. The Bible says,
“Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;”1 Timothy 6:16-18 KJV
The key phrase here is “uncertain riches”. It is unwise to count this wealth now, before rv, but also, once we have it, let’s not forget that God’s hand is upon this and be wise in handling your wealth, trusting Him, not the money.
2. Don’t invest what you cannot afford to lose.
As with any investment, nothing is guaranteed. Whether you are a seasoned dinar investor or wondering if you should invest in dinar, you should only invest disposable income. If you do not have disposable income, then do not invest. Too many have spent rent money, gone in to debt, etc. expecting a fast turn around.
This is unwise.
Dinar can be purchased for as little as $140 for 100,000 dinars. Some people give up daily lattes, fast food or quit smoking and use the money they save to get 100,000 or more each month or pay period. In the process, they lose weight and improve their health, while setting up an inheritance for their children’s children wisely and methodically over time.
3. Prepare yourself for the announcement.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, “Preparing For Dinar Revaluation“, you would do well, if you haven’t already, to spend more time charting your cash in course and researching financial professionals to have in place BEFORE the rv, than trying to find out when it will happen. See that post for details.
In a subsequent post, “Are You Prepared For Dinar Revaluation?”, I offer a way to get access to financial professionals I have found. As I am writing, these groups are preparing information and resources that will be made available to those who request it very soon. This is handy for you if you do not have the time and/or desire to do your own research. Again, see the post for details.
4. Plan your investments.
Another phrase you’ve probably heard is, “don’t put all your eggs in one basket.” Planning to diversify your wealth is not something you should wait to think about after the rv. Again, the posts I refer to above have information about this, plus I am planning a series of posts on different investment strategies to consider. Just check here in the upcoming days and weeks for those.
5. Stay educated.
Once you have your plan for cashing in, financial professionals, and investment strategies in place, continue to check this blog and others for resources and information to strengthen your plan. Be open to investment ideas you don’t know much about, learn about tax strategies you can take advantage of etc. This will do a lot to empower you and keep at bay the frustration from let down after let down.
6. Follow the news and/or check the CBI website.
If you are tired of rumors and let downs, follow the news and check the CBI website periodically for the revaluation. Just don’t get overly consumed to the point that you get anxious and negative. If you are on my mailing list, you will get an email announcement anyway so don’t stress. Preserve your health so you can enjoy the blessing.
7. Live your life.
If you have a job, career, profession, business or ministry, give yourself 100% to it. If you have a family, give another 100% to them. If God is in your life give everything over to Him and enjoy the tremendous peace that results.
By all means, get out and have some fun now. Try not to wait until you have wealth to enjoy your life. Many of the greatest joys in life don’t cost money.
I can guarantee that if you follow these steps, you will find the wait for the dinar revaluation much easier. Instead of anxiously and nervously waiting for the announcement, you will be busy preparing and educating yourself which is empowering.
One day, as you are living your life, the rv will happen and you will be pleasantly surprised with no worries because you have everything in place. All you’ll have to do is execute your plan and begin enjoying a blessed life that you can pass on for generations to come.

Many people when they first invest in dinar, quickly become frustrated. They think that soon after they invest, it will revalue and they will be rich. Others who have held dinar for several years can still become frustrated and impatient if they are not careful.
With so many rumors going around, it is easy to get caught up in hype, thinking that all your financial troubles will soon be over. They may very well be, but when?
Perhaps you are in a good place financially but are eager to retire and live a life of ease. Unfortunately the wait can be difficult no matter what your situation. If you are not properly grounded in your thinking about this investment, your disappointment can turn to anger and possibly regret at having made some less than wise decisions based upon the hope of a quick return on investment.
Many quit their jobs, neglect paying bills, make monetary promises etc., so sure that the dinar revaluation is about to happen. I am not saying that it is not going to happen, I believe it will be soon, but you have to be a wise investor of dinar, as with anything else you may invest in.
So what is the right mindset to have in place as you follow this investment? Below is a list of a few things that I believe will help you deal with waiting for the dinar revaluation.
1. Don’t factor this future income into your current financial situation.
You have no doubt heard the phrase, “don’t count your chickens before they hatch”.
While this proves to be a huge financial blessing to many, it hasn’t happened yet and no matter how close it seems, remember the dinar you hold currently has little value. The Bible says,
“Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;”1 Timothy 6:16-18 KJV
The key phrase here is “uncertain riches”. It is unwise to count this wealth now, before rv, but also, once we have it, let’s not forget that God’s hand is upon this and be wise in handling your wealth, trusting Him, not the money.
2. Don’t invest what you cannot afford to lose.
As with any investment, nothing is guaranteed. Whether you are a seasoned dinar investor or wondering if you should invest in dinar, you should only invest disposable income. If you do not have disposable income, then do not invest. Too many have spent rent money, gone in to debt, etc. expecting a fast turn around.
This is unwise.
Dinar can be purchased for as little as $140 for 100,000 dinars. Some people give up daily lattes, fast food or quit smoking and use the money they save to get 100,000 or more each month or pay period. In the process, they lose weight and improve their health, while setting up an inheritance for their children’s children wisely and methodically over time.
3. Prepare yourself for the announcement.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, “Preparing For Dinar Revaluation“, you would do well, if you haven’t already, to spend more time charting your cash in course and researching financial professionals to have in place BEFORE the rv, than trying to find out when it will happen. See that post for details.
In a subsequent post, “Are You Prepared For Dinar Revaluation?”, I offer a way to get access to financial professionals I have found. As I am writing, these groups are preparing information and resources that will be made available to those who request it very soon. This is handy for you if you do not have the time and/or desire to do your own research. Again, see the post for details.
4. Plan your investments.
Another phrase you’ve probably heard is, “don’t put all your eggs in one basket.” Planning to diversify your wealth is not something you should wait to think about after the rv. Again, the posts I refer to above have information about this, plus I am planning a series of posts on different investment strategies to consider. Just check here in the upcoming days and weeks for those.
5. Stay educated.
Once you have your plan for cashing in, financial professionals, and investment strategies in place, continue to check this blog and others for resources and information to strengthen your plan. Be open to investment ideas you don’t know much about, learn about tax strategies you can take advantage of etc. This will do a lot to empower you and keep at bay the frustration from let down after let down.
6. Follow the news and/or check the CBI website.
If you are tired of rumors and let downs, follow the news and check the CBI website periodically for the revaluation. Just don’t get overly consumed to the point that you get anxious and negative. If you are on my mailing list, you will get an email announcement anyway so don’t stress. Preserve your health so you can enjoy the blessing.
7. Live your life.
If you have a job, career, profession, business or ministry, give yourself 100% to it. If you have a family, give another 100% to them. If God is in your life give everything over to Him and enjoy the tremendous peace that results.
By all means, get out and have some fun now. Try not to wait until you have wealth to enjoy your life. Many of the greatest joys in life don’t cost money.
I can guarantee that if you follow these steps, you will find the wait for the dinar revaluation much easier. Instead of anxiously and nervously waiting for the announcement, you will be busy preparing and educating yourself which is empowering.
One day, as you are living your life, the rv will happen and you will be pleasantly surprised with no worries because you have everything in place. All you’ll have to do is execute your plan and begin enjoying a blessed life that you can pass on for generations to come.

Yesterday morning opened at the headquarters of the Arab Monetary Fund in Abu Dhabi, the cycle of financial and macroeconomic policies, for Iraqi officials, organized by the Economic Policy Institute of the Fund and the Institute International Monetary Fund in the framework of the Joint Regional Training Program for 2010.
The course has been attended by 35 participants from Iraq, to deepen understanding of participants to design and implement financial policies and faculty in light of the experience of the International Monetary Fund to monitor economic performance and the design of financial programs.
And Dr. Saud Brekan, director of the Institute of economic policies on behalf of Dr. Jassim Al Mannai, General Director, Head of the Governing Council addressed the opening session in which he said that this year is the sixth for Iraqi cadres, and it aims to inform them of the stabilization policies and structural reform in practice within the framework of developing an integrated financial program, and analysis of the effects of these policies selected from internal and external balances and growth, operation and stability objectives.
He noted that the session will be based on a number of main themes, which include the basic features of the various accounts used in macroeconomic analysis of , the national income , balance of payments , fiscal account and cash account - and the interrelationship between these accounts and forecasting methods for each sector and diagnosis of macroeconomic performance.

Did anyone think rolling the military into the area where CBI is including canceling it's auction today and most likley tommorrow could be the RV unfolding right before our eyes? What did they say looking for some random guy?

I have found through my research in this investment over the past couple of years (yes, I am a "newbie" in this investment by your standards) that there is NO SITE or FORUM that is a ONE-STOP-SHOP for dinar investment resources links and information, rumors, chats, posts, dinar purchase site links, news source links, forex and currency converter site links, and bank site information links.
I love the forums, but have found over time that I grow tired of the games, chats, posts, and general dialogue. I just want information without all the minucha. I want access to the words of those who I feel do know what they are talking about. It's important to me to read the words of those who are connected to "sources" of information. It is what helps keep my hope up, along with the hopes of so many in this investment. I want all this in an easy-to-reference site. I think I've accomplished this for me, my friends, and anyone else in my blog.
I created my site because I have many who depend on me for information. I was feeling the burden of constant phone calls and text messages asking for the "latest scoop". What started as a desire for me to help my family and friends, turned into a burden that was taking away from work and my family time. I needed to make a change, so I took it upon myself to start my blog. I know my "woes" are nothing compared to those of you, Phoenix, Frank, Adam Montana, Neno, and others who have such large followings, so I am confident you know where I'm coming from.
So... bottom line... No, I have never taken anything from you. I appreciate the intel you and those on your site with knowledge and "contacts" share. If you wish to try and shut down every forum on the web that speaks about you and your words, then I wish you luck. Otherwise, just know that there are many forums who value you and your efforts. BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Baghdad’s residents woke up today to the scene of security forces deployed to the capital’s neighborhoods and districts, with rumors of a military coup and the killing of a “prominent politician.”
The residents, including students, were asked by security forces to return home.
Alaa Maher, a teacher who lives in eastern Baghdad, told Aswat al-Iraq news agency that security forces had foiled a military coup attempted by “Sunni officers” and imposed a curfew that “will not last for long.”
Meanwhile, rumors have been going around about the killing of a prominent lawmaker, who was one of the key planners of the alleged coup.
A spokesperson for the Baghdad Operations Command (BOC), Maj. Gen. Qassem Ata, denied the news about a military plot to overthrow the government.
Speaking to Aswat al-Iraq, the official said that security forces are conducting search raids in some parts of the capital and have blocked some roads leading to the areas included in the search operations. He also denied the imposition of a partial or a total curfew.
Earlier today, several eyewitnesses told Aswat al-Iraq that a curfew had been imposed since an early hour on Tuesday morning in some areas of the capital.
According to the agency’s sources, a partial curfew has included the Karkh’s areas of al-Aameriya, al-Jihad, al-Yarmok, al-Mansour, in addition Sadr City and al-Shaab area in the eastern side of Rasafa.

FEDERAL BUDGET RETURNED TO GOVT FOR AMENDMENTS

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The parliamentary financial committee has returned the 2010 federal budget to the Iraqi government to make amendments to it, the committee’s head said on Tuesday.
“Yesterday, the Parliament passed its budget and the budget of the Supreme Judicial Council, resulting in changes to some figures in the federal budget,” Alaa al-Sadoun told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
The budget allocated for the Supreme Judicial Council has been cut by $2 billion U.S. dollars, while the Parliament’s budget has been upped by $8 billion due to an increase in the number of lawmakers in the next parliament, scheduled to be formed following the upcoming elections on March 7.
On October 13, 2009 the Iraqi cabinet approved an ID83 trillion federal budget for the year 2010, including an ID5.3 trillion supplementary budget. The budget, based on an oil price of $60 a barrel, was sent to the parliament for approval.
