ماضية في دعمها للعراق في مسيرته لإعادة الإعمار والبناء، فضلا عن سعيها لاخراج العراق من طائلة الفصل السابع من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة. Clinton expressed optimism about the future of Iraq after the improvement of economic status and security which will bring him greater security, prosperity and stability, expressing support for efforts to ensure a fair and legitimate elections in Iraq.
