[BAMA69] Just got off phone with a person at bank and he verified that they are exchanging the money but he doesn't have a rate and I asked several questions trying to get rate and all he could say is that if you live outside the country they will charge you 3 percent and i asked are you sure the rate went up and he did not know what it was that it did go up.
BAMA69] Also he didn’t know what the rate was and very hesitant about giving me a rate cause he didn’t want to get it wrong
