Goodbye, and the decision of the Ministry of Finance to implement the foregoing. وافق مجلس الوزراء على استمرار الوزارت المنفذة للمشاريع الاستثمارية بالصرف على تللك المشاريع. وقال الناطق الرسمي بأسم الحكومة العراقية علي الدباغ في تصريح نقله مراسل ( وكالة انباء الاعلام العراقي / واع ) ان الموافقة على الصرف يكون ضمن الفترة التي تبدأ بتاريخ 31/1/2010 على حساب موازنة 2009 نظرا للضروف الطارئة والاستثنائية على ان يسجل الصرف على المشاريع الاستثمارية الجديدة وان القرار داعا وزارة المالية لتنفيذ ماتقدم .
