IRAQ COMPLETES THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE ARAB FREE TRADE AREA

Cairo January 17 (AKnews) - Iraq completed its membership in the Greater Arab Free Trade leading up to the entry in the Arab Customs Union, according to an Iraqi diplomat.

Ali Abdul-Zahra commercial attache at the Iraqi embassy in Cairo told Kurdistan News (AKnews) said on Sunday that "joint Arab economic action consists of five stages we are now in the second phase after the first stage of which concluded that an area greater Arab free trade."

And "became all the Arab countries have a unified customs tariff of the goods all the Arab, and this tariff based on the common customs framework that begins to deal with it in preparation for entry into the Arab Customs Union."
