Looks like the ante got upped to get the budget passed.

Now Budget……….. IMO and Hypothetically speaking of course, If you were the US and you had Art 7 as leverage for Iraq to RI their currency how would you play it?
I would want to make sure that Iraq held up to their end of the deal. Now if the Exchange Rate Mech was in the budget then the US knows its done and can release Iraq from Art 7 and M can make his announcement.

I wish to share the following with you Family……..our team last week reported that the budget would be passed this week. Yesterday a military source from Iraq sent word to us not to be concerned that the budget was not passed as expected on Monday. They would pick up the politicians from their homes and drive them to parliament to make sure there were enough in attendance for a passage. That’s why I told you……not to worry yesterday……..that it would pass today. We were also told that at 6am this morning Shabibi and his full staff met at the CBI for ……..obvious reasons. I have taken us to 9.5 as of today. We are looking for O to quickly mention that Iraq is a sovereign nation. If he mentions that CH7 is lifted………then we are at the highest level of alert for the RI announcement that we have ever been at ………..on the 29th ……..this coming Friday. I mentioned this yesterday and I find it important enough to call your attention to it again. The four major banks……for the first time are seeing the IQD with her rate. This can only be seen internally within the banking systems. High level management has the ability to see activities from their mother banks. They are seeing the banking systems communicate with each other on their own. Data, such as a rate……..will appear so that the computers acknowledge. This type of data only stays up for 5 to 15 minutes. Yesterday night I answered a post about the area code. I gave what I considered to be a possible spread. Go back and find it on your own if you wish to see it. Please do not bring it forward……..leave it where it is at………but use it for your knowledge. IMO……….the CBI may possibly refuse to put up any info this coming Friday. First of all it’s a religious holiday for them. Second of all……..it’s their bank……..it’s their currency……it’s their country……they can do whatever they want. But I will tell you this………our government will let the four major banks know and automatically FOREX and other counters will pick it up instantly. Stay with FOREX Family…….especially on Friday. Here’s an interesting side note……our team has noticed that websites once easily accessible……..are no longer available. Such as Maliki’s website……the Cabinet Minister’s and many main government websites cannot be found any longer. The one that really makes me smile is Naharain site. This is where our newshounds like to get a lot of their articles. Right now Family the less you know………the greater the security for the GOI.

I promised TAMPATOM that I would not talk to any Hollywood directors or writers while I was with KTFM. I have given him permission to be the first to take our story to his people . I have turned down one writer and 3 book publishing companies that have contacted me for the rights. I told them I am too busy right now to deal with such matters at the moment. The last one was back in October ’09 …….I told them the movie that you seek has already been made. To the publishers I said the book that you seek ……..has already been written. Little did I know that on the 15th of this month…..when the last of my intel came in…….a movie would be released with an amazing coincidental similarity to our last 14 months together. It is called………THE BOOK OF ELI. Without knowing it back in October I told these people that what they sought was already done. How does God work? Yes…….in many ways. If you have not seen the movie then do not read my outline because it will spoil it for you. But if you have seen it………check this out.

Sometimes one has to hide with his own camouflage and be perfectly still ……….to know ……..in the hunt for the food we call intel.

So many times we feel we have arrived only to be shot in the stomach by the one or two that wish to discourage and live in a world of negativity. It does not kill us as the hand of God comes down from the clouds in the LIGHTning to pick us back up.

Wounded ………emotionally…….but not spiritually we get back on the road with a bullet in our guts because we walk to the west with FAITH never giving up our mission for God. Something makes us hold on to our dinars even when there seems to be no hope or reason any longer.

His mission took 30 years to travel to the West and deliver the Word. It has only taken us 7 years to be equipped to go to the four corners of the world.

We have told you ………shown you…….described to you that to know me you must cross a body of water and find me…….on my island.

When he takes his first steps on the island he is met by two and he says to them …………”I kept the FAITH”. So will we Family.

Why dots……….why the blue? You must cross the blue water and I will show you a book that you and I can read from together with our eyes. You made it this far because your heart can see. But if you are physically blind ……..my dots have prepared you ………to read.

I once said that I would hand over my CEO status someday to a “young buck” to continue the fight for our Father at KTFM. Make sure that you understand that I go nowhere just teaching others how to have FAITH and ……………………………Sampson Eyes.

Believe it or not Family I had 7 more points to bring out from the movie but I think I have made my point. I wish my brain had more gig watts storage capacity because both TINK and I are being run ragged. Yet there is something rewarding about putting in a full days work. FRANK26 POST - KTF Missions 1/25/10

Good evening Family,

I am pressed for time and I apologize for that Family. Work has created less time in my life. This afternoon I had a meeting at my restaurant with seven businessmen of my city to discuss using the IQD as a vehicle to pay off our city’s deficit. As businessmen we do not wish to see our fair city be turned over to anyone to run it! I am pleased to say that after our meeting today much was learned and accomplished . Sometimes it takes the ability if not the strength to think outside of the box. I suggested that we take these dinars and put them in a 5013c that is already established and Christian based or in a Charitable Trust but certainly not to turn them over to the city politicians. It is a politician’s nature to find ways to spend money…….not to pay the bills that they have already made. I ask for your prayers on this subject Family because IMO…….if these prominent businessmen purchase a million dinars each ……..it would make a difference for our city. The goal is to hit 30 contributors to this project. I will report to you the progress so that you can maybe apply it to your city as well too. This idea was presented to our mayor at his inaugural dinner last week and he was impressed enough to send a representative.

It looks like there was no budget passed today……when there was supposed to be one. Somehow or another it’s not so surprising. They used the excuse that some bombings cancelled the parliament’s vote to evacuate the politicians. I doubt it. Especially when the bombings were later in the afternoon…….and they were meeting in the morning. They still don’t know how to lie……..very well. Will they vote on it tomorrow? IMO the odds are very high that they will for two reasons. Before they do anything they like to make everybody’s lives miserable by creating some type of a delay. So at least they have opened the door not to delay tomorrow………..because they delayed today. Secondly……..because the following day on Wednesday O will be doing his State of the Union speech. If an RI is in the works as intel is indicating then O’s speech should be heavily laced with verbiage important to you and I as IQD investors. If he mentions that they are a sovereign nation ………the common person listening would probably have that sentence go in one ear and out the other. But to you and I …….it would mean a lot. I have always said that it is the ransom they seek. The only way to get it is to raise the value of their currency. It certainly is not for them to fulfill CH7 requirements……..BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALL BEEN MET ALREADY! I have shared with you an area code………… and right now I want to reiterate the time frame we are considering. Our intel is very interested from the 29th to the 7th/8th of February. I will not reveal the mechanics of why we favor this time. Instead allow me to share an article with you.

This came out a few weeks ago and I have been keeping my eye on it. For now allow me to say that it falls within our time frame. There is one more document that I want to show you. I know that the MOP report has been out for awhile with a 1.13 three year test period for the exchange rate but I want you to look at amendment #2 because it is talking about a rate I do not recall . They even go as far as to call it the official exchange rate. A rate that should be less than $3.082. Not too sure how to interpret this ………it may be even old and I am not aware of it. But the printing was done on the 24th so I can’t help but to be curious and study this further.

BAMA gave us an article on resolution 661. This was signed on Nov. 17th, 2008 with both the US and Iraq agreeing. It was supposed to come to an end in Dec. 2008 but it didn’t they kept extending it. This is a strategic framework agreement. It’s almost like a plan that was in the making ……….and then derailed. It makes me feel that there is more that can be offered as a ransom than just CH7. Agreements that were made in the past need a reason to come true today. Kind of like their budget. This is the first budget that projects infrastructure rebuilding and growth. These projects will be null and void without the proper funds. Yes there has been a lot of money lent to Iraq and forgiven. But that along with their oil potential IMO……..is the strong foundation for the RI announcement. Yes they can go another year and remove the infrastructure projects by having the 2010 budget set at 1170. But it makes no sense because they would simply be repeating…….2009. Too much time, manpower and money has been spent to bring Iraq back into the world of recognition. Not only do they want their currency to be accepted ………but they as a people yearn to also be once again accepted by the world.

Due to my time I will share with you my interpretation of the book of Eli tomorrow. I found a lot of similarities between the writer’s theme and KTFM. You will be surprised the synopsis that I bring you……..so please go see it as soon as you can because I want to talk to you about it.

FRANK26 POST - KTF Missions 1/21/10

I am different with my intel ……….because of what happened last Monday and I tried to explain it the four days prior to this past Monday. I kept drilling the point daily that on the 18th they would fulfill the one year requirement of keeping their currency stable without any fluctuation, burp, hiccup whatsoever and they did it! What happens when you graduate from school……….they give you your diploma. Iraq graduated from the school of hard knocks in financing this past Monday……….and IMO………they received their diploma of CH7. That opens a completely different set of events to unfold. Now you may say to yourself Frank………where’s the link to prove that such documents have been signed sealed and lifted? Silly rabbit……….you know better than to ask me that……….just wait a few days and you will see what I am talking about. It is my history. It is what has caused KTFM to be successful in the way we share intel. An exodus of dinar information seekers have come in our direction. I get communications of all forms from some of the most amazing people on this planet. When I told you to pray for John Hillerman, who played Higgins on Magnum PI, last week………..I was very sincere. So I carry a great responsibility on how I share intel because there are so many out there that have gravitated to our forum. They say that silence is golden ……….does not my silence give you a feeling of something golden soon to come? Regardless of how I share my intel with you Family………..I have noticed how you old timers that have been with me from the very beginning are not letting the thousands of newbies in the recent weeks fall to the side. I am made aware of the pm’s that you are exchanging with each other to keep them up to date. When they laugh at me at other forums for my style…….most of you simply smile. One stock after another was being shown with arrows pointing down. His statement to change how banks are going to have to run their business…….scared Wall Street! It scared me too.

Friend………it scared you because you have stock in the market. But did you listen to what he was telling the banks of the US?

Well…….at first I was…………..but all I kept seeing where the charts on the left side of his head so I stopped listening to him and started counting my portfolio.

He wants them to have a better accountability of their money and big brother is going to watch them a little closer which temporarily caused Wall Street to take notice and react with their buying and selling. Wall Street’s actions to what O said this afternoon are merely reflexive not permanent. Now here is the big key my dear friend that you and so many other financially struggling people missed. IMO……..the banking industry in a matter of weeks will be …………..dealing with many customers that are going to exchange their IQD’s . These banking institutions are going to make a serious amount of money via the spread. Can you imagine if the same freedom that devastated the banking industry last year was allowed to run rampant once they got a hold of these profits? IMO………..O……..is in the right place to know what is about to happen to the IQD and he wants to limit banks from doing something stupid again this time around.

Things that if I shared with you……….would only prove how stupid I am. These are very, very sensitive times. I like telling stories……….would you like one that’s almost 48 hrs old?

Last night a soldier called me that now resides in the states. He told me that his pastor had just called him 5 minutes ago to give him intel. Keep in mind that this pastor was a 1st Sergeant in the Army at one time. My soldier ………upon returning from Iraq……..gave his pastor, last year, $600,000 dinars and told him to hold on to them and pray. This pastor was accompanying another pastor friend of his to have supper at a couple’s home that are part of his congregation. While the two pastors and the couple were having supper a phone call came to the lady of the house from Iraq. It was her cousin. Her cousin ………….is a
Colonel! He knows she has dinars and rarely calls if ever. He told his cousin that he had some special info to share with her and her husband. He gave her a date and a rate. (actually …..I gave you the date in yesterday’s posting within my words I believe in the second to the last paragraph but everyone seemed to have missed it.) Of course she became emotional and the husband inquired about the facts. The husband and the two pastors sit at the dinner table listening to the conversation on the telephone…………with the Colonel. When the call ended………my soldier’s pastor makes it known to everyone else in the room that he possess dinars. Needless to say……….there was great jubilation. The only one that didn’t possess any was the couple’s pastor. I would venture to guess ……….that he has some by now.


WOW!!! That’s a great story.

Hmmm………..politeness………….I like that. This morning my soldier calls me to update me on this story full of intel. He said that his pastor, who still has military connections………..received 4 phone calls that evening into the early morning hours from Iraq. He still keeps in contact and each one of them felt like a hammer hitting a nail deeper into the wood. Each call repeated what the Colonel had told his cousin.

Thank God……….is there more to this story?

IMO………there is no need to turn the overhead on right now. But the nano second that you see the sign flipped over from closed to open at his bank……….IMO………we are inches away from the announcement.

This is Nancy Newshound from WKTF with you once again and today we have Frank26 who we will be interviewing today. Thank you for being with us this evening Sir. We have some concerned viewers that have invested in the Iraqi dinar and would like to ask you some questions. Would you mind?

Just kidding. I understand their concern because I and my loved ones are also invested. There is a key though…….it is our money that is invested not our last hopes. Unfortunately for some ……..it is and I can respect that. Nancy if you would allow me I would much rather paint you a mural of what is happening in this month of January ……….may I?

Before I start ………..may I offer you a cup of tea? I don’t drink coffee but I have a fancy for Asian teas. Also please help yourself to some of my favorite cookies………..white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.

You are a strange one. Yes thank you I’ll have a cup of tea and some cookies.

Good then allow me to begin by saying that today the 15th there were rumors of the RI being announced. For the last four days I have been interested on the 18th. That’s this Monday………….when the 1170 rate completes one year without any fluctuation. It maintained its stability which is an IMF requirement. By the way………one can easily call the IMF to inquire about these regulations. They won’t tell you when it will RI but they will certainly tell you what is required for it to do so. Banks in Iraq open on Sundays …………our banks will be closed on Monday. One can look at this in both directions. It can be good because if the announcement can be made on Sunday……..then adjustments can be made for preparation behind closed doors of our banks. The rest of the world would probably commence the exchange on Monday. It could be bad and it could be good. IMO……….I am looking at the timeframe between the 18th and the 31st. The exchange rate mechanism should be applied during this time because there is a lot of encouragement by the GOI to pass their budget as soon as possible and to activate the ERM ……….a rate increase or a currency with value is a necessity for their 2010 budget. If not they are stuck for the rest of the year with the 1170 rate. But where is the logic in that when on the 18th ………they graduated one year of requirement? It would serve no purpose to be stuck at that worthless rate for another year when this country badly needs a recognizable currency. The only way to be recognized is if their used toilet paper of a currency………..has competitive value. They need to get the 1170 rate out of the freshly poured concrete……….before it hardens again for another year.

Has there been any evidence that the GOI has been working towards this goal?

Plenty. Back in December Maliki told the UN that their goal for 2010 was to become an international financial community. The year before that………he said that it was their economic boom year. I know that it seems like a snail’s pace……….but if you could push fast forward on the last two years………this January appears to be a culmination of a lot of work and pressure. The UN holds the keys to their shackles. Their freedom lies in the wordage of CH7. It is the UN and the IMF’s ultimate goal to bring the IQD back to its original level. When Saddam was dethroned the IQD was at 3.22. It was not to be given its value again until conditions were right in Iraq to do so. There has been a revolution of change in that country……..and impressively ……….in such a short amount of time. The program rate of 1170 was to expire in this month of January. Yet we see no evidence of it. For some reason there seems to be a freezing effect across the board with many things in Iraq besides their rate. I have shown evidence in the last two weeks that the banks although open………..are doing no business. ISX again ……….showing no trading. It’s almost as if someone is using that remote control again and pushing pause just when they were about to say……ready, set……….Go. They seem to be frozen on set. This type of freezing tells you of some processes that obviously still have to be done within Iraq’s banking systems. Iraq can be seen as a firefighter……….or an astronaut……….or a scuba diver. Before any of these three would perform their duties there is a tedious checklist that they go through before entering ……..a NEW environment. It is best to take your time……….and not make a mistake. What if a skydiver rushed to jump out of the airplane with his parachute………but packed it improperly? This is what I see with the IQD trying to find value. These people are very very calculative.

Yes Frank26…….there were rumors about some eclipses that apparently were playing a part in influencing their decisions.

From the days of the Three Wise Men the stars have been very important to this region of the world. If it was important enough to find baby Jesus……….it is important enough for them to apply it in making decisions about their future. I am not trying to tell you that what happened last night is the cause of no announcement. Yet……..look at this……..notice how they consider two eclipses in one month ……….a bad omen.

If you were to ask your mother or father for money to pay your bills…….would you constantly keep reminding them for this loan? I leave it in God’s hands because ……. Tell me Nancy……..why do you have a meter outside of your home? So that the Electric Company does not lose one single wattage of their inventory. This security and concern improperly protecting their oil refineries alone jacks up their federal reserves instantly. I am sure there are so many other funds that we are not privy to know about. All of these and the unknown funds ………lest we forget the 7 trillion IQD loan that was given……..are a very good platforms for them to launch their IQD. Even the relationship with the Kurds and Sunnis have improved in the oil department. These great advancements cannot be overlooked ……….as the HCL takes note of the improved relationships. Rumors are rumors………they can say all they want to say………but it is much more important to keep your eye on what they are doing and completely forget what they say. This is a formula hard for Westerners to accept. We seal deals with honorable contracts………relationships that can be trusted . Unfortunately we have to think differently……….as we watch them.

Yes definitely. Ever since the Investor Conventions from last year ……..which for the first time had a waiting list of over 1200 requests just to get tickets to this event……Iraq is a HOT item. Publicity on the news channels grew as they covered these conventions and for the first time the dinar was considered a smart investment publicly. Here look at this…….this article is explaining to you that the World Trade Organization (WTO) is very eager to bring Iraq on board. Articles can be deceiving that’s why I constantly say look at what they are doing. This article starts out looking negative because it looks like the WTO is ruling out any approval of Iraq. But as you read on……..which most people don’t because they give up………I want you to look at the last paragraph in red. Well sure Iraq very much wants to bring in imports and export their oil so that the whole world is aware of it. To be honest…….very little. It looks like the IMF is waiting before they even tell Iraq when to make their first payment and for how much. You said the HCL is important for the announcement but is it a necessity? IMO……….no. Within the four parts of the HCL……..three of them belong to the oil industry and they are done. The other one belongs to the people of Iraq. It would be wonderful to have the HCL pass but the Kurds have not been in a hospitable mood lately. But miracles do happen in this land. Iraq to pay Kurdish oil deals

Erbil, Jan. 14 (AKnews) – Iraq is set to grant the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) a green light to sign deals with foreign oil companies on the grounds that Baghdad could see the contracts transparent in order to fund them, an official said on Thursday.
“Iraqi oil minister Hussein Shahristani funds the KRG oil deals after his ministry reviews the deals,” said Iraqi MP on oil and gas committee Bayazid Hassan.
According to Hassan, Iraqi government pays companies interesting rate if the Kurdish deals are transparent, if not Iraq pays the rate from the 17 percent of the KRG budget.
Kurdistan Region exports 100 barrels of oil per day (bpd) and it is likely to increase it to 150 pbd by end of 2010.

The KRG oil income per year would reach US$555 millions if each barrel sold by US$70, Hassan said.

He concluded with saying block of Kurdish oil export would harm the Iraqi economy.

I've been asked by a follower to please add my interpretation of Frank's post. I have consulted no one, so this is what I come up with based on what I've heard and read, and what makes sense to me. The italicized comments in red below are obviously my interpretations. Feel free to tell me how I did... :)


Hello this is Nancy Newshound from WKTF (Fictitious news anchor for KTF Missions... "WKTF"... get it?) and we are sitting with Magnum Knarf (Frank's name backwards), P.I. Thank you for being with us Sir this evening. Does the P.I. stand for Private Investigator? No it stands for public (Public Investigator) the whole world seems to know me! You look Hawaiian ………are you?I have been told. You decide. You seem to answer questions straight to the point without much in between. Yes.I see………can we ask you questions of what has happened in your investigation with Iraq in the last 7 days? That’s why you brought me here. I see……….okay can we start by asking what happened yesterday in Iraq …….was there a coup? No……….intel says that the Beatles were nowhere in sight singing koo koo ka choo (He's saying that their intel found out they were using the "coup" they were announcing, along with an imposed curfew for the purpose of hiding what the military and Iraqi secret service were up to... RV anyone?). Just kidding……..about two weeks ago the Iraqis asked for the security files but they were not willing to give up their economic files for it. Last Wednesday it was important to be quiet as departments told us to be cautious. On Thursday there was a red, white and blue post to remind people of where their loyalties should lie in protecting their own country (If they wanted to protect their country, they'd better be loyal to the U.S., and follow our lead in helping them). Can you slow down please you are going too fast.Try shorthand……….on Friday the process on an Exchange Rate Mechanism was activated but frozen (RV was signed by M, thus activiating the rate, but showing "frozen" on bank screens). It was reported that teams visiting Iraqi banks failed in opening accounts to deposit USD or IQD………banking systems frozen but open for show (Banks in Iraq are open, but they can't do anything, as their bank systems are frozen. They kept the banks open for show only as they were waiting for the RV). This caused frustration within the team because it is difficult to get passes from the jolly GREEN giant (Green Zone doesn't give out bus passes, so no money = no ride? / US Embassy in Baghdad is largest in the world?). Also in finding a ride to the bank. Help came from a Russian detective to verify great frustration within the Iraqi bank employees. (footnote: please refer to email below after this interview) Iraqi banks have floor managers that greet you when you enter to direct you to the line and teller to assist you. Much was confirmed that Iraqi banks are waiting for the announcement (banks were left with nothing to do even though they were open, as their systems were frozen. This would have been difficult for the employees to handle, as many would have been very frustrated.) All employees are armed and trained with knowledge to proceed with the new rate. This is all wonderful but what does it have to do with the coup from yesterday?I’m getting there. Saturday and Sunday ……..silence was golden as commanded to prevent any H2O leaks (news blackout enforced yesterday to avoid any leaks of info). Melons were cut open while they waited over a rainbow (code words for RV moving forward... found in the media). But intel has recently reported that someone by the name of Jericho took a walk about 7 times……… somehow or another ……….this brought down walls of delays (saying his KTF Missions site held a fast and a figurative "Jericho Walk" to bring faith to ensure the RV coming). Monday security forces prepared to go easter egg hunting. Tuesday ………..they went and picked them up. But no security files were given to anyone………instead used to collect the rotten eggs (Iraqi security forces and SWAT teams rounded up the bad "eggs" in Iraq and used the "COUP" as cover to round up all the bad people / terrorists). On Wednesday logic said to continue closing banks and ISX and use a coup as an excuse (explained above). Take note ……….you read nothing about a coup today on Wednesday but you did yesterday. Mission accomplished. So when do the banks go back into business? When they get a new rate (The banks will be back to normal business once the RV happens. Until then, it's suggested they stay closed.). Well ……….let me try this again……..when do you think that will be? Our investigators have determined that tomorrow , Thursday would be ideal (Thursday and Friday are days Frank's intel is suggesting are days that the RV will probably happen.) and then the majority feel that Friday would be better because it is easy to open the banks on Saturday and walk into Sunday along with the rest of the week. Momentum ………should not be delayed therefore ruling out Thursday (I'm assuming that by "momentum" he is referring to their security forces progress in rounding up the "bad guys"). Is this solid intel written in stone?It is definitely intel but unfortunately written in the sands of Iraq (any intel changes when it comes to Iraq. They seem to change their minds ALOT.). Is there anything missing for the new rate to be released? Three letters…….HCL (Hydro Carbon Law). Well …………will this prevent the new rate from being released? Two letters…….No.Are you sure?Are you blind? There is so much oil activity in the air that the SUN cannot penetrate ……….nor MOON light. Such eclipses are well studied and calculated (referring to the solar eclipse that is suppose to happen on Friday the 15th. Iraq takes their astrology activities and signs seriously. So, they will probably RV on Friday, according to this logic.). Get ready to say ………my God, it’s full of stars. To budget ……….or not to budget………..that is the question. IMO………we are seeing it answered right before our eyes. Everything from the prevention of today’s coup………to a 7 trillion IQD loan from the IMF says to me that these ingredients have been needed in order to pass the 2010 budget. Almost every day we are on high alert for the announcement. When I started I called it a revaluation . Then I went to a reinstatement because CH7 read that when conditions were right in Iraq their currency value would be reinstated……..hence an RI. But that is if the rate comes out at 322 or close to it with an interest factor growth added to it. Let’s say no higher than 330. But ………intel has increased this number. If that is the case……..then this is not an RI but and RV. Time and God will tell…

The same lawyer that told us last week that the Exchange Rate Mechanism would go into effect on the 12th is now saying that next week will be crucial in finalizing the budget. IMO………he is telling us that the missing ingredients of the 2010 budget……which have been missing for some time now apparently have come together. IMO………where we feel that the budget has been delayed…….it is highly possible that the budget was missing some teeth so maybe………..just maybe………..the ERM will not be applied tomorrow but in a few more days. Underneath that article……..pay close attention to how the GOI has received 7 trillion dinars from the IMF to cover its deficit. All they wanted for Christmas was their two front teeth. IMO…………this loan has filled in the gaps necessary for the 2010 budget to be released as soon as possible and especially before the 31st of this month. No…….NO !!! that is not a date for the RI so please don’t bring that up with me! Take note that all these articles which say that the IQD’s exchange rate value is improving and going up and competing against the dollar are everywhere! Why do they keep talking so positive about their currency value when it stinks in value? IMO the passage of the budget has been calculated with the new rate and their emphasis is now focused on getting the budget passed. A week from today on the 18th will be exactly one year that the IQD has held its STABLE position as a currency. It was a requirement for them to graduate to a currency recognizable and accepted by the banking community. This loan will also back up the RI financially.

Last night someone asked me in a post ……….can you share with us IYO when the next opportunity might come for the RI and I posted like this……….”all together now……….ALL TOGETHER NOW………..MONDAY.” That post told you two things where you think I told you one. The exchange rate mechanism is a function of cosmos. It is to organize ………..and to create a level playing field for everyone involved. Imagine yourself in line outside of a popular nightclub in New York. You are somewhere in the middle of the line and you know the cover charge so you possess that money in your pocket in order to enter when it’s your turn. Then all of a sudden someone at the back of the line goes all the way to the front but has MORE than the cover charge………….MORE than what you have in your pocket to enter. MORE ………..than what the others in line also possess to enter. Not cool. It could cause some problems………that’s what the bouncer is for and that’s what exchange rate mechanism is for concerning ME currency. If you go back to the early part of this week I told you that on Sunday the banks were shut down because they were being audited……….trying to get away with reporting false figures. Yesterday we showed you emails of our contacts not being able to open accounts from Sunday to Thursday. Wednesday did not count because it was a holiday. The excuse they gave us is because they claim their computers were down. Yep……….the exchange rate mechanism was at work along with the audit. We have been talking about a ME basket of currencies for awhile now. Then we noticed last week that a handful of ME currencies fluctuating on counters. Some felt that it was the buy and sell rate ……….and I disagreed. The exchange rate mechanism is a system that pulls the reigns on the horse. It controls the currency so that it does not jump around in value but anchors itself to a stable rate in accordance to the other currencies next to it. In this case……….a ME currency basket. We can talk about the GCC and apply it to this but that should come later. If the said countries are all in accordance and in agreement then the exchange rate mechanism would limit each country’s currency from having a fluttering effect to their rate. It’s not fair for one currency to go to the front of the line to get into the New York nightclub……….just because they decide that they want a currency rate higher than the country next to them. Not cool. So the article that we brought you earlier this week talked about this mechanism and this limit in fluctuation and expressed that it would be applied on the 12th. Now remember when I told you earlier this week that my team was looking for the announcement yesterday or today and I disagreed? I told them that I favored Monday or Tuesday because of this article. It clearly states that they were not going to work on the 2010 budget unless the exchange rate mechanism was applied. This is the part where I hear Homer Simpson say………..D’OH! Now here is another cool thing. According to that article it is implying that the IQD must have it’s stable rate established before the 12th. Then there would logically be a mechanism that would bring over that solid rate to be applied not only to the budget of 2010 but to any basket alliance that they are going to do with ME countries. I’m sorry……..I have to say it one more time…….D’OH! If we can get the countries to agree on this exchange rate mechanism then there would be stability and equality with all the said ME currencies that back in October were told by the UN that they had to adjust their undervalued/overvalued currencies to pay their dues. Hmmmm………interesting. But what is really interesting to me Family is that all of this IMO and based on my walls and Styrofoam boxes…………is Déjà vu. UN…derstand.

I really feel deep in my heart that M is trying to gain the approval from al-Sistani ………….. Like his blessing. Sur would make him look good…. Powerful………..to the people of Iraq. Rumor………………M is not pleased that supposedly KU has raised their dinar to a high rate……………..3.90. He puts in a demand to have the IQD raised higher. He feels KU was given an inch and they took a mile. Apparently this was an issue yesterday.

I explained to you yesterday why the CBI bank was closed. We made fun of their excuse ……….”Accounting Holiday”. Actually you have to give them credit because it was rather ingenious ………just bad choice of words………or translation on our part. Either way the question is ………..what did the banks do today in Iraq? All the banks opened late today in Iraq. There was a stop and go delay that eventually ended allowing banks to open. That is key point #1. What did the ISX do today………remember they have been advertising their grand opening today on the 4th. Today the ISX was closed. Key point #2. As we made fun of Accounting Holiday………allow me to mock the ISX. You guys had all the time in the world since this past summer when you announced your plans to launch the ISX ………..to be ready to go today. It is the first day of the opening bell of the year and you guys are telling us that you are not ready? I’m sorry…….somebody told you that you are not ready. Somebody told you to shut down today and not open your doors regardless if you are ready or not. (I know I already claimed it but just one more time……….all of this IMO either that or it’s the blue couch and I know that can be hard to interpret) IMO………last week the CBI was told to turn in some important figures to the IMF. When those figures came in they were under reported……….caught with their hands in the cookie jar. That did not sit well with the IMF and they shut the banks down and almost did it today too. They are performing………IMO………an audit……….that’s their so called Accounting Holiday. They lied about how much they had in their vaults. What else is new? Family this is a serious audit that even postponed the grand opening of the ISX. We have a new word on our contact’s computer screens from the UK. Go to the next paragraph.

For the longest time in 2009 the IQD was labeled as pending or on hold on bank screens. This morning our UK sources that had 5 banks in their area working with them told us that their computer screens now have a new labeling for the IQD. In fact they stated that it was rather shocking to them because they had never seen such wording. Next to the IQD is now the wording……..”FROZEN”. No Family……….there are no serious complications ………just keep reading. This is a sobering audit that will hopefully wake these people up. In order to properly count Iraq’s funds there must be no movement of their currency from one bank to another. Nothing must be allowed to move …….the IQD must be frozen. IMO the ISX was punished because they had all intentions of coming out with the new IQD rate. So are we in trouble Family with our investment? Is there another delay? IMO…….no. Everything is still on track because the main purpose is to clear the stage for the IQD’s grand entrance. Regardless of how long it takes…..monumental events are occurring to take us to that announcement.

The change of year this year will be greeted by a lunar eclipse. On Dec 31 - Jan 01 Earth will experience its fourth of four lunar eclipses this year.
On December 31st 2009 → January 1st 2010 the Earth will experience it’s 4th of 4 lunar eclipses. This will be a partial eclipse, rather than a full lunar eclipse.

The eclipse on December 31st 2009 → January 1st 2010 will be completely visible over Australia, Africa, Europe and Asia, through it will be difficult to see with the naked eye. Yesterday I shared with you some info from two gentleman that represent a large UK bank where they told us what they were seeing on our screens. These two gentlemen followed up with phone calls today to go over the intel they shared with us yesterday. Nothing new was told to us ……..but more importantly a reaffirming of their info. These two gentlemen do not have thousands nor millions of dinars. They are what you would call ……….whales. Now today our WF source told us that for almost the last two weeks the IQD has opened and closed with the same rate. Throughout the day they see variables jumping. They are observing this on their Thomson Reuters inner banking site. They gave us their opinion ……..they believe the numbers are jumping around because they are manually inputting them. Before this two week period……..the site was simple showing dashes on the screen. This is good intel Family. Take it to God in prayer.

Most of you know how this front post is created in three layers. You recognize one for yourself . The other two are for my team. You also know that at the bottom of my postings when I answer your questions ……..contain questions that I need answered for the following day. Last night I asked my team about ……….Red Moon. The answer came back correctly……….”Allah is a moon God” . I do not expect you to understand my communications. But humor me as I try to explain to you that ON THE THIRTY FIRST OF DECEMBER WE WILL HAVE A RED MOON. I know that most of you are familiar with the phrase……..Blue Moon. That’s when we have two full moons in one month. In this case Blue Moon needed to know if the Red Moon on the 31st is what M is waiting for. That would have put it ………..48 hours later. M promised the people to end unemployment by the end of the year. We considered the Muslim New Year and the Fiscal New Year but neither of them seemed to fit in M’s schedule. If M is going to use that promise as a political campaign tool for his party to be elected on March 7th of 2010……..then he has less than 48 hours. If he doesn’t keep the promise ………..I can promise you this………his party will lose. You do not toy with the delicate nerves of one’s heart. So if M is as brilliant as I think he is……….how does he keep his promise to end unemployment? Family………if you are receiving a monthly income it does not necessarily mean that you are employed. It could mean that the final piece of the HCL has been enacted. If 140 is finalized then we have all four pieces of the HCL in order. That means that every citizen in Iraq would receive a percentage of the oil profits. Let me ask you ………are not three of the four completed in the HCL? What do those three components do? They allow THE FOUR MAJOR OIL COMPANIES THAT SIGNED THIS PAST SUMMER …………..to get to work. IMO………everything is in order for M to wipe out unemployment by having the fourth part of the HCL go into effect. But wait a minute…………..what happened to the RI? Does this mean M can keep his promise and not have the RI? IMO………NO! Remember we showed you in the last two days those two large documents and 80% of them are complete? But we also said the 20% that is missing can only come about with the RI. That 20% encompasses a lot of the final piece of the HCL. So what happens if M makes the announcement on the 31st? IMO………the 4th becomes an interesting day in January. It is when the banks come back from vacation. Interesting how these days have unfolded. Interesting how our intel shared all of this with us yesterday and if you remember I told you I would consider sharing it today. The only reason I am is because on the 31st………..the moon will be red because Allah is a Moon God.

I like bank stories because that’s where all the intel is log jammed at. Most of the intel is coming from the large branches rightfully so because they will be the big players. If greed is part of your chemical make up then how long do you think they will wait before announcing the RI? Might as well keep piling up those dinars for as long as you can milk it.
